New Patient Telehealth Visit (30 minutes) — $149
Comprehensive evaluation, history review, and personalized care plan.
Established Patient Telehealth Visit (30 minutes) — $89
Follow-up care, medication management, and ongoing support.

This ensures dedicated time is reserved exclusively for you and helps us provide reliable, timely care for all patients.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your visit may need to be shortened or rescheduled to stay on time for all patients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time reserved for each patient.

Rescheduling or cancellations are welcome with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Changes made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded without penalty.
Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations and missed visits limit our ability to offer that time to other patients.

1. Within 2 hours before your appointment, you will receive a text message from 882-86 inviting you to a video call.

If you would rather join from your computer, you can send/share the video call link to yourself by email. From your computer, open your own email and click (or double-click) on the link.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to join.

3. To join the video call, tap the blue Allow Camera & Mic Access or Join video call button.

4. If prompted, tap Allow to enable microphone and camera access. Once camera and microphone access have been enabled, you will be connected to the video call.
