In-home visits bring your appointment directly to your door, making it easier to receive care without driving across town, arranging transportation, or sitting in a waiting room. This option is especially helpful for adults and retirees who prefer the comfort of home, have mobility challenges, or simply want a quieter, more relaxed visit.
In-home visits are available to active T Wellness members.
Most wellness-based services can be done right in your home. Common reasons people schedule an in-home visit include:
Visits are unhurried and focused on your goals, just like in the clinic or over telehealth.
In-home visits include:
Members receive discounted pricing, with the deepest discounts available to Tier 3 members. All fees are shared clearly and upfront so you always know what to expect.
Most homes in Pahrump fall within the standard service area, and your base in-home visit fee already includes travel for up to 15 miles one way from T Wellness' immediate service area.
If you live within this 15-mile radius, there are no extra travel fees.
For homes outside the standard service area or requiring extended travel, an additional travel fee may apply. You’ll always be informed of any extra cost before your visit is confirmed.
Many in-home visits include injections such as Vitamin B12, Lipotropic injections, or trigger point therapy. A clean, organized workspace helps keep your visit safe and comfortable. These steps are simple and easy to follow.

Because travel time is significant in a rural area, 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or change.
If you’re running late or something unexpected comes up, please call or message as soon as you can. A short delay can often be accommodated.
